Simple Gifting Shipping Policy

Simple Gifting operates from Auckland, New Zealand. Orders are fulfilled either from our Auckland-based warehouse or directly from trusted supplier partners through Shopify Collective. All Collective partner orders are shipped from within New Zealand.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Simple Gifting Stocked Items:

Orders containing items we stock are processed and dispatched from our Auckland warehouse Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays). Our courier collects orders between 3:00 pm and 5:00 pm on these days.

Shopify Collective / Supplier Partner Items:

Items supplied by our Collective partners are dispatched directly from the supplier’s New Zealand warehouse. Dispatch times may vary depending on the supplier.

If your order contains both Simple Gifting and Collective items, your order may be delivered in multiple shipments.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times depend on your location in New Zealand and the dispatch location of your items:

• Simple Gifting Stocked Items: Typically arrive within 3–7 business days from dispatch.
• Collective / Supplier Items: Delivery times are similar but may vary depending on the supplier’s dispatch schedule.

Full delivery details and tracking information will be provided in your order confirmation email.

Important Information

• All orders are sent via courier unless otherwise specified.
• We cannot accept responsibility for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details supplied at checkout. Please ensure delivery details are accurate.
• For Shopify Collective items: Shipping costs, delivery times, and tracking are managed by the supplier. Simple Gifting can assist with inquiries, but the supplier’s policies take precedence.
